The participatory tour of a different kind – for children, teenagers and families!
As part of the exhibition (Not) A Doll’s House. Traditional Roles and Brand-New Images at the Münchner Stadtmuseum, a screening of the film Nigunim (2022) will take place at the Filmmuseum. Afterwards, the artist Christoph Brech and the director of the JCOM Daniel Grossmann will talk about the joint project.
The Sammlung Goetz has a new exhibition venue in the heart of Munich. In the former Kaufhof department store on Stachus - the interim use project LOVECRAFT - it will in future occupy an area of around 2,000 square meters in the basement. The artist duo Nathalie Djurberg & Hans Berg will kick things off with the expansive multimedia installation The Experiment.

Jianling Zhang, a graduate of the Akademie der Bildenden Künste München, has been selected to receive the Media Art Arward 2023 of the Kunststiftung Ingvild and Stephan Goetz for her project proposal, The First and Final girl. The prize is acknowledged with 5,000 euros and linked to an exhibition in the AkademieGalerie.
